I never really have to write reviews but I really wanted to. This product might have different effects on different people, but I have been buying it for over a year. I never really take three pills a day, but I think it works. It's not going to make you look like bob Marley if you are bald already, but it might make you look like someone who is not loosing hair.

I suffered from sudden hair fall 4 months ago and went to a dermatologist to get it checked. I ended up paying well over $300 for 2 visits including blood tests. My derma concluded that I was anaemic and had alopecia. I know I was anaemic for sometime but I was in denial that I had female pattern hair fall. Thinning hair does not run in the family. She prescibed me Minoxidil which i did not end up buying. I decided to do my own research and grow back my hair - MY WAY!! I knew that the hair fall had something to do with my poor diet and regular work stress. I started eating properly and learnt to relax more. I also discovered Hairomega while surfing the internet for hair growth supplements. I was not looking for a miracle pill but something that can provide me with everything I needed for healthier fuller hair. After finishing my first bottle, I noticed new short dense hair on my frontal hairline. I was ecstatic! I realised that a good diet and Hairomega supplements works well for me. I even recommended it to my brother in law. I am still taking Hairomega till this day as I love the amazing results too much to give it up just yet. However, i have reduced my dose to just 2 a day. Ive used this product for over 3months with zero results, im sorry to say the truth but here it is. These pills will Never regrow or stop thinning hair, the reasons are these, One: these supplements contain most correct ingredients but at very low doses, and the fact is i hated taking 3 pills a day and finding out that the doses weren't even sufficient to make a difference killed me.

EVERYTHING IM ABOUT TO SAY IS THE TRUTH, IF YOU'RE SKEPTICAL READ INFO FOR YOURSELF.
- In order to make a somewhat difference in thining and dht filled hair you need to take 320mg of a 80-85% extract of saw palmetto, these pills don't come close
-you need good therapeutic doses of pygeum, nettle root, beta sisteral, green tea extract, flower pollen extract and many more, which again these pills do not have.
- last their over dosage of B-vitamins just prove how cheap quality vitamins they use, i mean its pointless because you body only absorbs very little and to stuff supplements with an unnecessary dose which you will pee out anyway is pointless.

Okay, in my family there is no baldness.. Thinning to a degree yes. My 90 something yr old grand father has hair, thin but c'mon he's 97. My dad has a full head of hair..and he's 67. My older 43 yr old brother, whom I hate him..(Just Kidding), he's got the hairline of a teenager..god bless him!! My siblings would taunt me in my 20's and 30's.. I have always been told I would lose my hair which caused quite the trauma from my twenties onward.. I also have hypothyroid which I'm told can make you lose your hair... I never did lose it, except that I started to thin in the crown area in my mid 30's, the texture was dry. I agonized and said well if I can make it to my 40's with hair I'll be ok. The problem is or not a problem per say, but I'm not old nor feel old...why should I look old...In fact, I feel better than I did in my 20's or 30's health wise why not maintain my hair. I quit smoking in my mid 30s. I take multivitamin and i'm active with my kids. I hated that if you use any kind of topical solution like minoxidil or propescia it might work and if you stopped the new regrowth will fall off.. I tried it, I am not that disciplined. i feel like a phoney putting that stuff on...In any event.. Not one to give up, I tried hairomega and I am just satisfyingly finishing my 2nd bottle and ordering 3 more.. I hate this sounds like an ad but its not, i highly recommend it. I've seen my hair go from straw dry like texture texture on the sides, thinning at the crown...TO strong bouncy and more importantly growing... it's in recovery mode and I am ecstatic.. I take 2 pills per day for the last 2 months, sometimes 3 but mostly with two I have noticed hair regrowth in the front hairline and crown.. By the way, there are no side effects whatsoever.

P.S. Not sure if it's related but my athlete's foot condition since my early twenties is gone since I started taking Hairomega...

I always worried about losing my hair since my dad was bald. I'm the youngest of five boys and noticed that four of my brothers had thinned out, one like my dad, completely bald except for the sides. I found my hair coming out in handfuls due to stress and age. I went to the doctor and he recommended minoxidil 2% and did tell me that it could be for women or men. Be aware that the 3-in-1 has Soy...

I have been using the 3-in-1 product for a month now - and I have to say it has slowed my hair loss down dramatically - and I believe I'm seeing some new growth, as well. I stopped using it for a week, and immediately, my scalp began to itch again and hair loss increased. So, I believe this is a great help for hair loss. However....what I did not realize when I ordered the 3-in-1 was that it contains soy isoflavones and wild yam - both of which have estrogenic properties. I already take natural hormones for menopause, and avoid soy because of a sensitivity to it and because most soy crops are genetically modified and altered. What I noticed over the month of taking the 3-in-1 is tremendous breast tenderness and swelling. This is typical of estrogenic reactions. I cut back on my hormones, but still had tremendous pain and tenderness of the breasts. I am going to switch to the regular formula of Hairomega that does not contain the soy and yam. However, that also means giving up some of the vitamin content of the 3-in-1 that I think was beneficial....I wish the company would make the 3-in-1 WITHOUT soy or yam. I'm also looking into another brand that has the saw palmetto, as well as other B vitamins - but NO soy or yam.

Started this supplement about a month ago. Noticed in short order that the amount of hair I was loosing was much less. I am very pleased! My hair does feel thicker already. I'm not loosing any extra hair now.
